I noticed a few months ago that we were using way to much data and when we left for three days for Christmas with family and ALL electronics were shut off (I even disconnected the wifi), we somehow still managed to use 33 percent of our data during those three days. Then I started tethering my cell phone and set up a hot spot and connected every single electronic in our home to my phone, forgetting the Netgear connection of each electronic. Exede is still saying we have used 3.4 gigs. HOW! I was also overcharged $50 on last months bill. I will be cancelling my account and if they try to make me pay cancellation fees I will be reporting the situation to the Better Business Bureau. Or better yet I will get a 64 gig memory card and video tape my home over the course of a month showing how the usage is being stolen and put it on utube. I am so sick of people trying to rip me off.
