Trouble with reactivating service

I was a WildBlue customer. I suspended my account for six months thinking they would resume billing after. They cancelled my account. As consolation, they offered me Exede. More expensive, but faster. I've had to suspend service several times since, when I'm not around to use it. Each time I call to reactivate, the plan when I suspended service is no longer available. I have to get something more expensive, and not what I need. That's UNRELIABLE! The service I have now which I just reactivated, keeps dropping. This not only interrupts my Internet but my Exede Voice service as well. That's UNRELIABLE! Their service sucks, their service plans suck, their user portals suck, their voice service is bare bones with no ability to manage it. Happily I will soon be able to tell everyone I was an Exede customer. Unlikely to recommend Exede.
