Exede internet box went out in bad storm

Hey Viasat, it's Kaylor Blakley, i want to let us know that a very loud bad storm is likely eariler this morning and may cause the internet box to be turn off prematurely and tragically because of this.

Is there a way to replace the internet box?

If I interpret the post right, sounds like she is saying a loud storm may knock out the internet? Short of a direct lightning strike, you should be fine.

I get the impression that power surges from that storm caused your internet modem to malfunction.  You need to get Viasat to schedule a service call for the company that installed your internet service to come out and fix that problem.

I also recommend you put an uninterruptible power supply in front of your internet equipment and your computer equipment for surge protection in the future against something like this.
