Why does my cell phone use so much data?

Exede sucks up all my data in 2 or 3 days I would be better off without internet. I have called them numerous times with complaints. They stated it was Netflix using it up. I don't use nrtflix anymore. I don't have a computer any more I only have my cell phone and it still uses all the data in just a few days. These people are crooks and something needs to be done about it. I am tired of fooling with them.

Shelby, have you considered asking for help from the moderators? They have much more advanced tools to look at your system,, and are very tech savvy, unlike the front line CSD folks you get on the phone. Send them an email at exedelistens@viasat.com, be sure to include your account number and a phone number.
