I am an exede customer, (rather unhappily) I am only an exede customer because there is no other option other than hughesnet. I have recently been on Evolution plan for several months (almost a year). I decided to try to move to a higher plan to see if it fit my needs better, exede 15 and the same habits I had with evolution ended with me being maxed out in half the month. I use less than an hour of streaming of anything per month and heavy email and website usage. I had no option but to move to exede 25 because bandwidth throttling past the cap didn't allow me to access secure websites at all. Now, I want to go back to Evolution on my next billing cycle *the 4th*. I was just told that I cannot, i'll have to callback on the 4th. And that the evolution might not be available anymore. I work from home, and am willing to pay for service. But paying $120+ when it is less than the quality of the connection i got when i paid less than $70 is absolutely dumb.
