Trouble returning equipment

Let me tell you MY story! I paid their expensive prices for service with bare minimal satisfaction for 2 years. I was finally done with my contract and cancelled my service with them. Upon returning ALL of their equipment, they STEAL $160 of my rent money a couple weeks ago. I called and said everything was returned and i had the UPS receipt to show the EXACT weight to prove it. I filed a claim with them and they "investigated" the package I returned. 2 days later, I called for the outcome and was told "they would process the refund and, depending on my bank, would be there between 7 to 14 days". Tonight (10 days later and ONE day before my rent is due!) I called my bank to see if the request had been made for the refund Of course it hadn't. So AGAIN, I called Exede. This time I got a rep who informed me that I was told on the 26th that I needed to call with a tracking number. I said "don't you record your calls?" He said yes we do. I said well you look up our recording on 10-26-16 at 9:33 and let me listen to where I was told that! He said he needed the tracking # to investigate the right package...I said there's NO question the box was received AND investigated and the ticket number i can give you proves that. Not to mention the "investigated" box had the tracking number on it so why do you need it from me! He said I have no reason to have an attitude so I asked him if the company is going to wind up replacing the $100 in late fees I will now owe due to them robbing me. I work to pay my bills that I REALLY owe, not the ones who try to cheat you. And i'm sorry but I am going to copy and paste this into every rare posts i see in hopes someone in their group will see it and repost since suddenly i'm unable to make posts on their page as I have when i was their customer
