Exede dealer fraud?

I ordered exede internet service from DIGITAL SOLUTIONS  in Blakely , Georgia on Thursday Jan. 7, 2016. . They immediately took $99.99. from my bank..  . .Which they was NOT supposed to do..

On Monday, the 11th, my card number was fraudulently used to make purchases, and attempts to withdraw money from my bank account.. .. .

I have spent two hours on the phone today, Tuesday, trying to talk with someone at excede concerning the matter, and I have found that the company  DOES-NOT care.

They do-not care about the customers,  and the people in management REFUSES to talk with me .

The obvious conclusion is that exede is  a very bad company to do business with.

I requested the service be cancelled, and my $99.99, refunded.   And although the improperly took the money from my bank the same day I ordered service, they tell me it will take two weeks to get a refund. . That is just pure SORRY.

I have found the management of exede to be very dishonest, and uncaring.

I'm sorry to hear of your experience with us. The timeframe for the refund is simply because refunds are processed in the order they are received. Most cases it's far less than that, but just to set up the proper expectations that timeframe is given due to facts such as whether a check has to be requested, what number your request is in line, ect. Even at the fastest it still takes 3-5 business days to process a refund simply because our financial institution has to release the funds and then your bank has to accept the funds back and that is 100% due to how fast the banks themselves take and is completely out of our hands at that point so we won't quote a refund any faster than that.
