I made two payments on the 25th of October. One for $70 and one for $28.11 using my PayPal Debit MasterCard. Only the $70 payment is showing up in my Exede account! The $28.11 is not, and my bill generates tomorrow so I need this prepayment posted! I am a new customer just got installed Monday and already I am exceedingly infuriated at Viasat! The phone support said "we're not going to help you" and "too bad." I expect resolution to this issue. I do not have the funds to afford you losing payments.
