I call Exede customer service in evening of 6/2/17 (Friday night) as my speed was 8% of ViaSat normal download speed. I was told that I had exceeded my data plan and was on my Liberty Pass data. This happens when we have guests who use internet as we had at the end of May. The representative asked if I wanted to purchase more data. I said no as my month's allotment restarts on 6/4. I just got my bill and they added $10 for 1 Gig more. Apparently, No means nothing to Exede. Grrrrrrr!#$%^&^**(&$##$^
