Exede adds 1 Gig data when I declined it

I call Exede customer service in evening of 6/2/17 (Friday night) as my speed was 8% of ViaSat normal download speed. I was told that I had exceeded my data plan and was on my Liberty Pass data. This happens when we have guests who use internet as we had at the end of May. The representative asked if I wanted to purchase more data. I said no as my month's allotment restarts on 6/4. I just got my bill and they added $10 for 1 Gig more. Apparently, No means nothing to Exede. Grrrrrrr!#$%^&^**(&$##$^

If you send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com, they can review that call.

The same thing happened to me except it was 3 gigs and it happened through one of these blogs. I never called them, nor did I log into my account and click on buy more gigs. I was charged three times for one gig each time in a 30 second time span. I was furious when I received my bill. I called and talked to them and they refused to give me my money back, even after I talked to a supervisor. I pointed out that I had not authorized any purchase and any funds taken from my account was theft on their part. They confirmed that I had not authorized the purchase, but still wouldn't return my money. I emailed them after I hung up and told them my lawyer would be in contact with them. I then got on chat where someone had good sense and refunded my money, but only as a credit. Nothing extra for the inconvenience or for them stealing from my account. I'm still not happy with the results, and I'm still debating on rather to have my attorney drawl up papers. One of the two reasons for my rants are still unsolved, but I'm afraid to ask for help again. Why do I even pay for the extra warranty? I'm paying $107 a month for crappie internet and bad customer service. Brad is the exception.
