Excessive latency , Modem reboots seveal times a day

So for the past few weeks, latency has been really bad. Normally 650MS, but now been averaging 1800-3500ms upto 5000ms or more. Makes loading pages or watching anything almost impossible.    And then on top of that the modem needs to be rebooted atleast 4 times a day as well as it losing signal. Diagnostics all say things are fine.  HAs anyone else been noticing a degrade in service?  I am in Caroline county VA, I forget what BEam I am on.

I hope that isnt central Virginia!

But seriously, something is wrong with your latency that high. Perhaps something off on your installation.

Its only been happening the last few weeks. At first not that bad but last few days its been really bad.  Have had the service for going on 13 years or so.  Nothing major has happened to changed

Well if you have had the same service for 13 years, that on itself is a problem. That means you would be on Wildblue Classic.
