Exceed Dish Alignment Verification

My DirecTV dish has an on-screen way to check dish alignment. How can I check to the Exceed dish alignment? My service has been terrible for the last month or more.

It will display your signal strengths as well as some other information. Post a screen capture (black out or redact the IP address and MAC address.

Someone can help with the interpretation of the general information section.

While there is a dish alignment feature modem, it's only accessible by installers - apparently it causes the TRIA on the dish to emit an audible tone to fine tune alignment once approximate azimuth and elevation have been set on the dish itself.

Be sure to include all sections since the bottom one, Client-Side Proxy Statistics, has some information that may indicate a problem (but as a general guide, anything green is good and red is bad (except for the satellite colors at the top which have a different cryptic meaning altogether).

Sorry don;t know if it works or is even available  on the newer WIFI modem.
