Excede internet sucks!!!!! I advise everyone to not use there service... paid for 2 months without service and had service people out that basically said whoever installed it was an idiot... hardly ever had service.... and then when trying to cancel service still was required to play early disconnect fees. If we would have kept it we would be paying to have it fixed. Calling the BBB..... they are a horrible company And I will be sure and tell everyone i know that they suck and are thieves.... Hello Holly If you keep your service have them send a decent person out to fix it. Cost $95.00. But tell them you want a good installer. They have 3rd party installers. You must have got a crummy one. When had to have new tria and they sent out couple guys that were real good. They put in new tria, realigned dish, said wasn't grounded right so took care of that. They were here several hours. Now before you say that's to much we had to have furnace pipe fixed.  It was $85.00 per hour and the guy was here 11/2 hours. Was over $100.

I'm going to run right home and disconnect my exede because it sucks. Also I love it and have been very happy for almost 2 years. Not having a rollover is my only complaint. Kimberly is no longer on this forum or f/b Ray, I think she must have been to helpful. I miss her.  HMC I'm sorry but I'm not paying to have leased equipment repaired.

I agree Steve, I visited that other place. I was on a fishing forum like that one time. I always thought that was from the past. I greet the new folks, Beau is a nice guy we chatted a bit. It's not there fault.

I cant wait for my contract to be up and go with a different course. I opened a Netflix account and after three shows all my data was exhausted. All I can use it for now is getting my emails.

Get used to it and life will go on just fine, I use mine to make a living, a hundred or so e/mails a day, up/down loading at least 50 images a day, and all the youtube, forums  & face/book I can stomach. And have never ran over 10 gigs. You knew netflix, smart/phones, gaming/games and kids computers wouldn't work. Or should have ask before installing. I am perfectly happy but I did my research first.
