Have home phone service @ $20. per month, I think. it will not go beyond phone service "voice mail access" even tho it rings when called it will not go forward. How do I reset to correct? This part of my account is useless & is constantly on & is very aggravating 24 hours per day. Please help again. pattidhall@gmail.com Cannot find where the info is to get to my account.
