signed up with direct tv and ended up with exceed without any knowledge. never spoke to anyone at excede-- but they claim that I am in a contract. when I discovered that I wasn't  with direct tv I cancelled but they want to charge me 350.00 oir breaking contract. there was no contract I never spoke to them and I sure as hell never signed anything. and if you call in you will never get a manager to speak to you which I tried to do numerous times. they were only going to give me 10gbs when ATT gives you over 400 for the same price......

Just so everyone knows they still haven't contacted me even though I have sent them many e-mails. So Kimberly--why do you tell customers that you will contact them when you have no intentions to do so. Anyone who has been tricked into this company by direct please respond to me because I will be contacting the better business bureau and consumer reports. I was falsely put into a contact in which I never even saw. These people trick you into their service and in my case I never even talked to anyone in this company.

Tonya, since I was out of the office when your email was sent, another colleague of mine picked it up to help. I see that she did respond to you but will consult with her when she arrives this moring as to how to proceed.
