exced wireless is possibly the worst company I have had the displeasure of working with...Poor service both performance and people, without a doubt a company that does not care about customer satisfaction. Only the money.

Exede employees will attempt to help with a smile on their face because that is their job. They are paid to offer assistance to all customers, even those that come here with a bad attitude and no description of a problem they are experiencing.  Customers may feel frustrated but Exede employees are on the receiving end of all gripes, complaints, hate messages, and the like.  I don't complain about my bill because part of it is paying the Exede employees that are stuck listening to the diatribe so many bitter people come here to dish out.

If you have a problem with your Exede Internet service, contact them.  They will go to great lengths to resolve a problem that they are responsible for.  Try sending an email to Exedelistens@viasat.com explaining what you feel is not working to your expectations.   If coming here and griping satisfies you, then your 5 minutes of joy are up.
