Have you tried the Exede email support line at 855-463-9333?
You might also try an iPhone support forum for how to change your email server data.

Hi
76mommy, In order to set up the service on your iPhone, you must remove your
current email account on the device. If you do not, it reverts to Gmail
settings. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you are having issues after
to do this step.
Send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com, if you
still need assistance

Yep! I deleted the old one long ago. That isn't the problem. This transition is HORRIBLE! I will be dropping my service as soon as I get all my accounts switched over. I can't send from my outlook either. Changed all those setting and it still doesn't work. Plus I can forward emails to my new account. I tried to call customer service and they had no clue how to fix it. They said the process was still ongoing and it would just take some more time. Disappointed doesn't describe my feelings!!!

I know how to change my settings and set up the new account as "other" but when I do it, the server (or whatever) is automatically pulling in the SMTP and Pop settings as gmail instead of wildblue. When I try to manually change them it won't retain pop.wildblue.net and SMTP.wildblue.net.
