Speeds slow at the end of every month

Every month on the 28th, my account has the monthly pmt debited. Also every month on the 28th, my internet slows to a crawl for the next 2 days. By the time it goes back to normal, I have already used a chunk of my priority data that was far from priority. Are you resetting everyone on the same date? I really do not understand.

We would have to investigate as it is happening to find out why you are seeing slow speeds on the same date every month. If it happens next month at the same time please call 855-463-9333 as it is happening as there can be many many other things that could be a factor but we wouldn't be able to pinpoint the cause unless it's happening. The number I mentioned gets in touch with our tech support and they can help you in real time and do tests if needed.
