every day my internet shuts off for hours at a time. why?

yesterday it went out at 9pm and stayed off for around 10 hours. and they expect me to pay for that.
this is getting real old. service was awesome at first. what happened?

and another thing... i was told a tech would be calling me. that was 2 weeks ago. why the lies? just tell me to go get ******. its eraser take than lied to and left to hang in the wind.

If you have trees blocking your signal you might need to move your dish. I just experienced that and once it was moved I don't have outs like I had been having.

was also told I need mine realigned but the signal is fine its the rx power that needs adjusting on yalls end  . Rx Power -52.0 dBm   Rx SNR 5.0 dB

Josh, your RxSNR is low. It should be in the 8 to 9 range. Mine was in the 5 range a month and a half ago, and Exede told me that I should have a tech come out and do a dish re pointing. The tech found my dish was a bit out of alignment, and after he adjusted it the RxSNR went to 9.4 on days with clear skies. Since then I have had no more signal drops or disconnects.

k got that setup. I never understood though why rx power was always in the - and the best I ever had on rx snr was around 7.7dB
