Ethernet port stopped working.

We recently got the new modem that came with the unlimited plan. The ethernet worked initially in all ports, but now it has no connection. The wifi still works fine but the cable no longer connects. We have checked that this is not a problem with the ethernet cables we have used but the modem. How do we get a repair or replacement?

Pure Joy Gold, you need to contact Customer Care here: https://www.exede.com/contact-us/ They will arrange for a service call to double check and make sure it really is a faulty modem and, replace it if needed, or otherwise fix the problem if it turns out to be something else.
