Just curious under Ethernet Interface Statistics there is something called Loss of Sync count. What does that mean? I have number 513.

From working with Aircraft telemetry "Loss of Sync" would mean that your modem the Viasat satelite were having some handshaking issues which could be due to "Bad Weather", weak signal, or both. Need to know what the time duration that this count covers (minutes, hours, days, billing cycle)? Anyway it reflects the constant handsahking between the Modem & the Satelite that insures a good transfer of data to and from.

Thank you Gregory. This has just started. May send note to exede monitor. They seem to do better than calling. They can check modem on their end.
