eSVT view usage data returns HTTP error 500

is anyone else having problems getting the eSVT "view usage data" page to load?
I just get an HTTP error 500
this is the second day it has not been loading
the main page loads fine.

I was just on my eSVT, it was loading just fine. Beam 314, upstate New York

Hi Bill, 

There doesn’t seem to be any issues concerning myesvt. The 500 status code, or Internal Server Error, means that server cannot process the request for an unknown reason. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? Try doing this and rebooting your browser to see if this helps with access. Thank you

Mine stopped working yesterday.  I just get a blank page.

The eSVT data useage amount is broken as well.


the main page loads fine.
OK apart from the broken data useage counter

I just checked my eSVT page and tried it got message it isn't working.

The myesvt.exede.net page isn’t working

myesvt.exede.net is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500
Beam 305--Time 6:48pm  Live in  MI.

I cleared cache, cookies, reloaded chrome, rebooted MODEM, and PCs, still HTTP error 500.
this happens on 3 different PCs windows and Linux, iPhone and iPad
beam 329, 3rd day now

Hi slowBill a 500 error is usually associated with the browser.  Are you able to get into eSVT now? Please let me know if you can't so I can escalate it to our eSVT team. Thanks.

HTTP Error 500 is a general catch-all internal server error - telll the eSVT team to check the server's error logs (while a browser may cause it, it's a server error).

just checked and usage data page is now working.
I did not do anything additional on my end to correct it
