ESVT Tool - not showing entire month - missing data

First of all - THANK YOU to those who developed the ESVT tool. It's long overdue.  However, when I get into it, it doesn't show all the data.  I'm not showing the most current 2 weeks of usage.  Why????  Repeated attempts yield the same results.

Hi Tom, feel free to forward this information through the Feedback and Escalation Form within the Myesvt dashboard. Sending your information this way also provides a “Screen Shot” of your dashboard so we can view what’s happening. Thank you

I sent the information via the Escalation Form, but there is no facility to do a screen shot.  I have saved the screen shot in MS Word in the event you want it.  I'm also attaching a screen print for you.

Also, when I called Exede Customer Support, they were able to see all of the data in ESVT, but I am not.  I'm using a new Windows 10 machine with Chrome as the browser.

eSVT has been working well, showing daily data breakdown, but now the last daily breakdown I can get to is last Wednesday, 3/16. It reports No Data to display after Wednesday.

Update - I have found by disabling the AdBlockPlus add on, the daily data now displays just fine. Not sure why it thinks that the display is an advertisement, but this does seem to  be the case.  This fixes the problem in both the Chrome and Firefox browsers, at least for me.

Steve: / Alex:  I disabled all my popup blockers (via Chrome and ABPlus), but I still only get a partial month of data - as displayed in my screen print.  Steve: thanks for the suggestion.  Alex:  I think you still have an issue. Could it be that the DB query just isn't returning the data??

Apparently it's a known bug and the fix is in the works. Should be done very soon.

Hello Tom, this issue has been resolved. myeSVT tool is now displaying usage for the current month.  Please, reload your page to check the current usage.

Hi Tom, thank you for escalating your issue through our Feedback and Escalation Form within the Myesvt dashboard. We will take a look at it and see if we can get this issue resolved. 

F.Y.I. When you send information through the Feedback and Escalation Form it automatically generates a “screen shot” of your esvt dashboard, we can also see the all your values at the time it was sent to us.
