eSVT tool down

Have not been able to access tool lately. Is it having issues?

The overall tool seems fine, but you're the second person I've heard of in as many days saying they couldn't access it. What plan are you on? I think a certain plan type was having issues earlier in the week.

We have not had internet for more than hour each day. We are on 10 gb plan pretty close to basic.

I have internet just fine. Just the tool not working fully.

The initial sign in page works, it is when trying to get the "View data usage" page it gives this

The website cannot display the page  HTTP 500
  Most likely causes:
  • The website is under maintenance.
  • The website has a programming error.
  What you can try:   Refresh the page.Refresh the page.   Go back to the previous page.Go back to the previous page.   More information More information

Also on first page one of the icons is lite up and states :

Network Outage-- It looks as if there is a Network Outage that is affecting the core node in which this
subscriber applies.

Under Peer Subscribers the IP Layer is lit up red.

I am using the Limited 10 gig plan

I can access the eSVT main page, but when trying to see my data page, all I get is the famous HTTP 500 error. There is something going on with the eSVT tool that just happened recently.

I have submitted through the eSVT message tool

Beam 314,Winnipeg/Dallas. I am on the Liberty 12 plan, not on the Pass

As of last night, I have a white screen and my cursor with a spinning ball like the page is trying to load..........but it doesn't. Possibly being worked on ??

Thank you for contacting Exede listens concerning your myesvt. It appears there were problems on the backend with data consumption loading on myesvt. As of now, my engineers have verified that this problem has since been fix and you should be able to view your usage. I haven't been able to get to the data usage page in over a week. I submitted a request through the eSVT  one week ago, but still the problem has not been corrected.

The data usage figure on the main eSVT page broke a month ago and the Data Usage sub page broke a week ago. I e-mailed repair requests for both these functions but nothing yet.

Just booted my new modem/router for the 150G Freedom plan.  eSVT speed test is failing with "no network context found."  Any thoughts?

LOL, never knew about the test, but it appears to be working although Excedes test is always higher than independent speed test I use.
