eSVT - Is it available? I just got a permissions error/forbidden access

My new month started at midnight and by 7am I had used up almost 7GB. I wanted to see where the eSVT tool said the data was used. I am not able to access it due to permissions/forbidden access message.

I am still able to get into the eSVT tool. I was just on an hour ago.

Just remember, the data details shown on the second page are normally a day behind, so what was used today may not show until tomorrow.

Yup, know about how it works. Thanks for letting me know it is working for you. Hopefully an Exede rep will see the thread and resolve the access issue.

Have been getting the same message for a couple of weeks now. Exede Brad says we're SOL as its just a beta program. Oh well.....

It works on IE but not on Firefox for me.

I have no problems loading the My eSVT with Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Chrome browsers. I am using the Adblocker Plus Ultimate and Flash Control ad ons.

I am on the Liberty 12 Mbps - 50 GB plan

well not necessarily Bill this was all done to create a new informative data meter for our customers that we'll be releasing pretty soon. I was able to see a preview of it and it gives the information you want that eSVT is providing but it's making things much less complicated and a lot more user-friendly. The access we have made available to our customers is a beta test but outside of some very basic troubleshooting there's not much more I'm able to suggest.

Brad, will eSVT be available to business account holders anytime soon? It would be a big help for us too. :)

Just realized, with the Liberty 50 plan with a free zone from 3a to 6am, I used 7GB in 4 hrs.WOW!!  I updated my Windows 10 PC prior to midnight, plus my TV and tablet and phone - all updated prior to midnight. I used 30GB of the 50GB plan.  I had my DirecTV system connected to the internet (usually offline) and they downloaded 3 30 minute shows. Could 1.5  hrs be 7 GB? This was a sitcom show.

I have a scheduled data sync that occurs during the free zone but it started using up all my data allowance. The eSvt tool shows my usage to be exactly five hours off from when it actually was. I am in EST, exactly five hours difference from GMT. You might check the times your data usage occurred and see if they match up.
