equipment returned still charged $316.50

I cancelled service and returned equipment. But yet was still charged $316.50. Charged after i was told exceed received there equipment back. Now i having troubles getting the $316.50 credited back to my account. acc # .......... What gives exceed the right to take that money after they receive there equipment back? Please return my money to my card asap. It is my money not exceeds, you got your equipment back.

Hi Henry,  I remove your account number due to privacy issues. I was able to review your account and a refund is being processed.  You should have in 3-5 business days back to the payment method on file. The equipment was returned 01/25/17, which was past the 30-day return window after your disconnection and that is why you were billed.
