Equipment Return Fee Concerns

Very quick to take money out if your account. They have told me lies upon lies. The worst internet provider I have ever felt with. First of all they are extremely expensive. It cost me 120.00 just for internet. For the SAME price I have internet and cable with XFINITY they are awesome. So I cancelled with Exced and it took them forever to send me a box to return the equipment. I got the return box the beginning of January. By 01/09/2018 the took out $321.00 out of my account for the equipment. Wow they really don't give you any time to gather the equipment climb on your roof and get that Tria which needs more than a phillips screw drive to get off the dish. So I called customer service and demand to speak to a supervisor which I did and she promised me to put backy money in my account and it will be there in 3 days. Well it's day 4 and no money. So they lied and took money from me. Horrible horrible company. They lied once they can lie over and over again. For all I know they received their equipment and are telling me lies that they don't have it to keep my money. Do not use this company!

It takes an average of 7 to 10 days to have your bank process the refund. Be patient. You can also send an email to viasatlistens@viasat.com, along with your account number and a phone number. They will get back with you on this.

Why is it that you signed up for Viasat satellite internet service when you had access to XFINITY at your house. Ground based internet is by far the best choice for your internet and TV service. Satellite internet is the choice for those who have no other source of internet service.
