Hello, I have called 7 different times pretty much begging to talk to someone from corporate. I'm currently in Baghdad Iraq and this April I had your company come and replace an existing account with my current account. The TECH guy took the modem and the piece off of the sattelite dish into his custody hand advised that it was old and out dated. He then gave me a new part for the dish and a new MODEM. I say again, the TECH guy took both the sattelite equipment and the old MODEM into his custody and departed my residence with it. I do not have it!! Recently excede charged Ms. Danielle Hines 300 dollars for the equipment fee which again we don't have in our pocession! Furthermore, I have called from Iraq 7 DIFFERENT TIMES TO GET THIS RESOVLED! I cannot call anymore. If this cannot get resolved then I will have to cancel my subscription. Enclosing, I like your company and the internet service. I am gone from the United States 10 months out of the year and deployed to Iraq for the rest. There for I only use your service 2 months out of the year. I continue to pay the full amount each month when I'm not even home to use it. I promise I'm a valued customer and it's just unbelievable how this has dragged on as long as it has. to communicate with corp - try writing

 it should help you much better than calling their trained _ _ _ _ _ _ _  answering the phone that seem unable to transfer you to a person that will listen and help you with any issues outside their written script.

The only number to call is 855-463-9333 and, that gets the front line support people. (tier 1) not corporate.
