Your new satellite was launched over 6 months ago and your new service is still not available in my area. I have been a loyal subscriber since the early WildBlue days and have painfully put up with poor servce, slow speeds and very restrictive data caps. My 25GB plan initially came with a speed stated to be up to 10Mgb but has now been reduced to 5mgb with no reduction in cost. The disingenuous use of the words "up to" with bottom limit does not escape me. Hughes is now offering 50GB with 25mgb for a 24 month intro rate of $99.99. Regular rate is the same as I pay for my 25GB plan, $129.99. Unless I get some assurance that you intend to be competitive I will have no choice but to switch to Huges. In spite of their poor reputation you have pretty much sunk to the same level and at least I will have a better data cap. My preference is to stay with you, but, only if the long promised improvements in speed and data are kept. At this point I am extremely dissatisfied. I expect a response to this posting.
