Throttle me all you want. I’ll never buy more data or fall into your crap business trap. When there’s better internet available one day I’ll screw you viasat. Enjoy my $60 a month for now. Are these speeds worth $60? No and neither is my 12gb data crap. Other rural internet companies ((not available to me)) give way better deals. The I’ve seen promised speeds of no less than 15mbps speed w/ 200gb of data for $50 a month.

You don’t give a $#1+ about your customers, hell at least the ‘champions’ give better effort to help people in the community.

What you care? I got no other choice for internet so screw me.
What a shame.

be your own ISP start looking for sites to host small towers to host radios to get to your home. I've got fiber 4 miles from me but I'll be damned if I can get it on, been attempting it for years. So now Im just leasing a few small 10 square feet plots of land to build out a wireless link to myself. wireless gear gets cheaper every day.

Yourguytim, stop running speed tests during primetime and maybe you won't be so disappointed. Just a suggestion.

I get the same speeds during primetime after in use up my priority data and I'm fine with that. Why should I expect high speeds during primetime if I am not paying for it?

Yourguytim, by no other options, I assume you mean you don't have any decent coverage from the "red" cell carrier. There's a "sort of" option with them that isn't too expensive, slow, but faster than what you're seeing if your area isn't too congested. For a backup at least.
