Are you able to send the emails using mobile data? (not connected to wifi)
If not, it is probably a phone issue, and I'd suggest contacting your cellular provider. If you are, it might be an Exede issue, but I'd still suggest contacting your cellular provider first, to rule out a phone issue.
Once that has been ruled out, then send us an email at ExedeListens@viasat.com with your account info, and we'll take a look!
Hello, Matt. I just tried another test email (to one of my other email addresses) from my phone with WiFi being turned off. This email is also stuck in the Outbox and I can't find a way to get it out of the Outbox and get it sent. I'll contact my cellular provider. Thanks for the suggestion.
