Email Viewing Issues

when accessing email from Chrome only half the screen opens. When accessing from explorer you get full screen view but must minimize the inbox window to view totality of email message. But since the information in the Inbox window does not wrap the text you can not view all information in Inbox. I now have to keep expanding and minimizing both sides to access my email fully. This was not an issue before this transition. Are you working on this issue?

Hi Linda, sorry to hear about your chrome issue in relation to your email, we have not heard of such problems before with chrome and the Zimbra email platform. You may want to try to uninstall and reinstall Chrome to see if this makes a difference. Another option would be to try other browsers if possible. Really,.... before I posted this I read at least five other complaints, from today alone, about the same issue with Chrome. 

If you read the comment you would see that we were able to open it in Explorer but the issue that we are having now is that we have to shrink the Inbox window to be able to fully view email messages, would be fine if only the TEXT of the Inbox Window would WRAP the text.  Now I can only see partial info in Inbox Window until I maximize it and then I only have partial view of email message.  I am unable to read, see both at same time as I could before.  Seems like if you could fix the issue with the Inbox text and have the text wrap when window size is decreased all would be fine.

It appears there are more than just a few complaints concerning email issues with the size, or being able to view the entire message. Please send your account and contact information to exedelistens@viasat.com. We need a few examples to bring to our engineers to get this problem resolved for all who are experiencing this exact problem.  Thank you.
