Webmail will not refresh. Can't receive new e-mails on a desktop. Internet seems to work fine. Everything is functional on a laptop in house.

I just had this happen on my laptop. I tried to log out, but it would not let me, so I closed the tab and then opened up my Wildblue webmail, and a new email appeared. It might work for you. Strange things have been going on with the the Wildblue email system. I actually have switched most of my email to GMail, but a few members of my family still use the WB mail system.

I posted about this a couple of days ago -- it's a real problem for me, as I use my Wildblue address for all my general (non-personal) email. I was able to finally log into the webmail site (this seems to happen intermittently, usually I get a bunch of redirects and then a 502 error), but then I get the server refresh issue. It keeps giving another error code:

Also, I've noticed that my Spam box keeps generating copies of all my messages, so as of last nite I had over 16,000 spam messages, with each msg having hundreds of copies. These have not been getting downloaded to my Mac Mail account, thank goodness -- I typically get only one copy of each msg in my Junk mailbox -- when I finally get them.

I'm having the same issue as the person who  asked if it was his Dell or Wildblue - it can take hours, or even more than a day - for my WB email to download into my Mac Mail, but this only started happening about a week ago, and I've been using Wildblue in the exact same setup for over 5 yrs, at least. This happens whether I'm at home, with my Viasat "broadband" connection, or at work, where I have truly high-speed internet (25-30 MBps).

Why hasn't this been addressed by Viasat yet? I notice there have been several complaints about it in the conversations here that have been ongoing.

Here's what happens before the above error appears:
