I hope you all had a good holiday season (still in progress since we're going into the New Year this week).
Since it's popped up in a few places here and elsewhere, I just wanted to let you guys know that if you have emailed email@example.com in the past week or over the weekend we are having a delay in responding to those messages due to holiday business hours and vacations. We had some trouble getting a auto-generated message out to reflect this but we are working through those currently. Those are being responded to in a first come/first serve order so due to the amount of emails we got over Christmas we won't be able to look up anyone's specific case but we will respond as soon as possible.
If you DID send an email to us and need a response NOW or within the next day or two please call us at 855-463-9333 instead as that would be a much quicker resolution. Otherwise if it can wait a short bit we'll respond to you ASAP.
