Email is BROKE!

I've been hating on Google since you partnered with them, now I wish I had it back. The new webmail platform is NOT functional. All I can do is receive and read, and even that is clunky. My address book is NOT functional, my groups are GONE, and I manage the email list for my Church. When I try to forward, reply, or compose new mail, all I get is a blank tab. None of your little emoticons show a face as ticked off as I feel.

I think it is a work in progress.  I noticed that PRINT causes an internal server error.  At least for me, forward, reply and compose new email work.  The contact list is kinda funky, I'm not sure where it got some of those addresses and why others are not there.

Hello Deborah,

Unfortunately Google decided to end ALL working partnerships with internet providers prompting the change. We are noting some of the errors we are seeing with Zimbra and Print is definitely something I was working with this morning and we have escalated to Zimbra to fix for us. As far as email contact/groups are concerned if you click on address book and then drop down and select contact group does your church group appear? If not I'd like to know. As a work around is concerned until this is fixed, you can probably find a previously sent newsletter and copy the recipients. Have you also tried rebooting the modem? The blank tab seems similar to a loading error we were seeing and after a reboot of modem, router and computer it worked.

I reboot my modem and router daily, turning it completely off when not in use.  Same problem using WiFi at work.  In the contact list, I see NO groups listed at all period.  When I try to forward, reply, or compose new message, I only get a blank tab.  Nothing else.  Reload, same blank tab.  Frankly, I've been unhappy with email programs since Microsoft dumped Outlook Express.  Finally got comfortable with webmail, and now I'm dead in the water, and I have something to forward NOW.

OK Deborah if you haven't already done so, could you email me at exedelistens@viasat.com please include your account information with the email. I think this might be a issue we're seeing on a few accounts that we have to escalate to Zimbra with.

Not sure if you haven't read my messages, but I cannot email you.  Beyond  receiving and reading, my email has absolutely NO functionality.  I can respond on this form, but I cannot email anybody.  Not new message, not reply, not forward.  I can do absolutely nothing but receive and read.

Call 1-855-463-9333 and they will help you get your email fixed then unless you have a different email account such as a yahoo or live or hotmail or gmail to use to send brad your info.

Well, I've tried that.  More than once.  Some things I can do now.  I can send, I can forward, I can compose.  Only during forwarding, can I see most (possibly all, I'm not sure) of my contacts.  I need to rebuild my church lists, and I can't do that without all of my contacts.  I also do not see any way to add new contacts unless they have emailed me first, from the address that they want on the list.  I had trouble when they started using Google in the first place, and I'm having even more trouble now.  If I didn't like my email address, I would have been gone long ago.
