Afternoon folks.I'm trying to help my friend who is elderly and is having trouble with this wildblue internet service. He tells me it is something like disabled. He refuses to deal with your automated answering computer. I called Wild Blue today and got someone that speaks English as a second language. Couldn't understand him. I asked to be connected to someone that spoke English as a primary language. I was put on hold where after 15 minutes a recording offered me the opportunity to leave a recorded message. Would seem easier to keep customers rather than recruit new ones.All I am needing is a phone number where he can call to speak to a person and get the mess straighten out. Please have someone contact him at or give me a phone number that bypasses the computer and goes directly to a person who can help.
