I received a letter from Exede telling me that an email was returned and to call to confirm my email address. I tried to do that and was left on hold for most of 33 minutes. About 30 minutes was on hold. I was then disconnected. You DO have the correct email address so I don't know what the problem could be. Please advise if the problem is corrected.

Are you meaning you had a bounced email? You may get a email saying that your email wasn't able to send but usually that means the email address was wrong or blocked (basically an electronic Return-to-Sender). If you still have concerns about this could you email us at exedelistens@viasat.com with that so we can make sure it's not a phishing scam or anything and so that I can have a better idea of what you're referring to. PLEASE give account information (such as the number the account is tied to) when you send it and a brief reference to the issue, due to the number of emails we get that will be very helpful for me.
