Why is my modem status page all in Arabic?

I think at one time when Exede came out with an update to the modem software, a choice between English and Arabic was on there for a short while. Now, who knows??? Maybe your household has been assimilated by ISIS. :-)

Seriously, try rebooting your modem and see if it goes away.

It's a bug that first appeared a few years ago when ViaSat entered into an agreement for services with Saudi Arabia - the same modem is used and supports localization embedded within the firmware and its java scripts. determine which firmware version appears on the same page and report it (it starts with UT_) - it was sporadic back then and didn't affect everyone but appears you're modem incorrectly thinks you're provider is King Abdulaziz.
