Edward Michelini ViaSat modem never resets, its DEAD send another modem or reset remotely or I will CANCEL SERVICE!!

if the modem cant get online viasat cant do anything to it remotely.

Call customer/tech services, they will run a test, if they see that the modem is off line or another discrepancy, they will either schedule a service or ship you another modem.
