if you click one email then hold down the shift and click the rest of the ones you want to delete you will see them  highlight as you click them, then hit delete, and the highlighted ones should delete

Hello Jeannette, you would want to go into your preference tab in your new email. From there scroll down to “Other” and choose the settings option: display checkbox’s to quickly select items in list, save and then refresh your page. You should then have check boxes appear next to your emails. For further assistance feel free to contact our Customer Care line a call at 1-855-463-9333. Thank you

To delete all of your emails, log into the webmail page, select a folder and press CTRL-SHIFT-A.  This will select ALL emails in the folder.  Those displayed and those not displayed.  Hit delete and that folder will be totally cleaned out.  Repeat for other folders as desired.
