I am very unhappy with paying $94.99/month for the Liberty 25 + Boost 25 with nearly unusable speed of .21 mbps download and 1.89 mbps upload. I will absolutely cancel this service as soon as my contract has expired, if not before.
Kim, that is exceptionally slow. There may be problems that could be fixed. If you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your account and contact information as well as a request for them to investigate your slow speeds, they can take a look and see if there may be something you can do to improve your speeds.
If the Liberty 25 plan you have isn't one that has Liberty Pass then once you go over your 25 gigs, that is what your speeds are going to be. We deal with this each and every day. It's important to understand how your service plan is going to work. 25 gigs IS a lot of data but not if auto updates is turned on all your devices and not if you haven't adjusted your Netflix video setting. If you are unsure what I am talking about then look back on the threads and you'll see the one I started about conserving your data.
