Down for 18 days

My Exede internet went down on August 25th.  Scheduled a tech to come out on Sept 2, which I wasn't happy about considering that's 8 days.  Sure enough, 9/2 comes and they cancel.  Best they can do is 9/12.  That's 18 days down.  Totally unacceptable!  I've called several times and the basic response I'm getting is "sorry about your luck best we can do."  TERRIBLE SERVICE!  This is by far the WORST service I've ever seen with a company.
