Got another charge instead of a refund. I had a lot of problems with my account, and the rep graciously offered to refund my monthly service fee. I thought that was swell. Until I got billed, for twice the amount of my monthly fee. Instead of giving me a credit, I got double-charged. And no chance to review the bill before it's paid. I've called about it twice, and been told that it would be fixed in a day or so, but it's not been fixed. Does anyone have a better number to call or email than the one I've been using for customer service?
