Double billed and still taking more

I was double billed for installation fee of 150.00 almost 3 weeks later still no refund and now getting money taken out of my account again. I found the problem the day it happened, 1st debit 150 on the 29th of June, second on the 2nd of July.  CSR are not at all helpful.  There is no one you can talk to who will put you over to someone in charge of the dept. that you need.
I had to fax (cost 5 buck) my bank statement with a statement, because Viasat did not have any record of the second debit.
Cost me 36 in overdraft fees and could not pay a couple of bill because of them.'
Why is it that the CSR will not give an address? I was told there is no one higher I could speak to nor was there a physical address to sent anything to.
Then when they say yes it was returned to your bank, they can not give any type of conformation that i can give to my bank.  The reason they give is because of fraud
,FRAUD is exactly what they did to me! Defrauded my bank account, held my money hostage and give me a breakdown in the process.  
I just think that this level of help is not help at all, they try to upset you so that you probably just shut up!
Now What?
I explain I can't pay you 84 dollars because you have taken my 150 and not returned it.  So you get some person and they say don't worry your service will not be suspended because of the problem.  What happens then is Viasat takes out another 25 out of my account because " the automated system can not be over ridden.".  So it's ok for them to keep my money and take more because i can't pay my bill till they pay me.  
They think this is normal
How many others out there are living this nightmare?

You can go to your bank and put a block on them,this way,they can no longer take anymore money from your account

Thank you and i did that on July 3rd when i found the second 150.00. That only took care of the 150 and not the 25 they attached today.
What a nightmare right

margie, you need to send a email to viasatlistens@viasat.com. Include your account number, phone number and a description of your problem as you have described above. This email goes directly to Viasat corporate employees and they will look into this and get back to you.

Thank you very much. From what i gather it is Corp that i need to get with.  Whomever it is I have been dealing with says there is no physical address or email. Only faxiing.

Unfortunately, Viasat's CSD telephone service is handled by a third party company, usually in Mexico. All they do is read scripts off a computer, and other than suggesting that all customer problems can be fixed by rebooting the modem, they aren't very helpful.

Were you speaking to the tech support folks or the Billing dept?

The folks in Billing are corporate.

I do understand there are some debit cards that will not reflect a credit for several days but certainly not weeks.
