terrible service. had service 6 months. was only thing available at the time. connection at best was average and has gotten worse. had a technician come out due slow to connection and told needed better/bigger router. purchased new router. service some better afterwards but got worse. last 2 weeks service so sporadic couldn't depend on it. not good when your on-call for your work and can't access things you need to. went to disconnect service - we were told the number of hours was plenty to show we were connected, no explanation for sporadic connection, no reduction in early term fee because they couldn't provide service per the agreement. also told we have to take down dish off house ourselves and return to them in 30 days or we will be charged $125. don't use them...they want your business but can't hold up their in of the contract.
