Does not work with 2 different extenders

I have a netgear ac1200 and a tplink ac1200. Both can connect to the modem at low or high speed. Both show connected but unable to communicate with the rest of the world. Will I have to disable the modem wifi and reconnect the old one? Is there an update?

You really didn't say enough.  How are they being used?  As wired source to WiFi ?  as WiFi repeaters?  Is DHCP turned on or off in those routers?  Are the channels conflicting?  Are they on different LAN addresses if used as repeaters? Just saying they don't work properly isn't enough to go on.
