Does anyone have a phone number for exede up the latter. I'm tired of talking to the walls.

This is very complicated. Four charges on my debit card in one month. I'm wore out and mad after talking to the Menu and then the same runaround. Thank you .

Debt card = bad.

If you can, update your payment method to a credit card so you have "dispute" ability.

I did dispute 3 of the 4 but they hit it again. I wil never let them draft my account.

Yeah, when you dispute it though the credit card company and its a bad charge they take it off.

Dispute it through Exede and not so much.

A lot of that depends on the charge. If a chargeback is issued, the money is refunded via your card company BUT if it's still seen as a valid charge on our end it'll be recharged. The best way to go is to call us at 855-463-9333 to discuss the charges or email us at exedelistens@viasat.com
