I would Like to point out that I've been with exede for more than 2 years and have had one problem with billing and I kinda caused it. No company is perfect and exede certainly falls in that category, I have had differences with them but have found them at least willing to listen. But you have other resources like this blog to help you with technical problems. There are alot of good people here that will help if they can.  @phyllis: We have had people on this Blog recently that were upset because there was no way to buy equipment either from exede or 3rd party. I was told when I signed up that leasing was the only option.

No, there is no buying equipment, you can pay a two year lease up front, or, you can lease monthly, but, you are always leasing the equipment.

Everyone is correct here that said it's lease only. At this time we do not offer a purchase option. Sometimes at setup you can pre-pay for 24 months or so on the first bill but once that expires the lease fee is added back on.

When you sign up we charge a $60 holding fee to a payment method. That is refunded in 3-5 business days. We just want to make sure you can pay your first bill which generates and is due within a few days of activation (you will always pay for the month ahead). As we are a paperless company we usually enroll customers into autopay (like Netflix and other subscriptions). If you call our sales team at 844‌-‌753‌-‌9199 they can answer any further questions you may have
