No changes were made to your existing email address and password when @viasat.net was added...I still have my email address (@wildblue.net) from the original days when I was on Wildblue's original satellite...they've gone through many changes since then, including changing email servers, but none of those changes effected my existing email address and password..If you're using your original email log-in name and password and still can't log into the email server you may have to call CS and verify your email account..

Shot in the dark here. Are you talking about your Hughesnet email address? If so, I had a customer have the same issue a while back. It seemed that, in my opinion, that Hughes didn't care for their customers changing providers and somehow blocked someone from accessing their Hughes email via a Viasat system.
