Last time I ran out of data I called customer service and they gave me 5 gig of data free and said I had 25 gig left that I could add 5 gigs at a time when needed. Do I need to call again to get 5 gig added? I sent an email to email@example.com with all my account information 4 days ago and haven't heard back yet. I just hate calling on the phone. Thanks Ray
